What to expect during your teeth cleaning

If it’s been a long time, one of our dentists will also conduct and exam to look for tooth cracks or decay, signs of periodontal disease. We also thoroughly search for warning signs of oral cancer. In addition, our dentists discuss techniques to maintain or improve your oral health. We share your ultimate goal of preserving your teeth for the rest of your life. The entire teeth cleaning takes between 45 and 60 minutes. Plan for 90 minutes if you haven’t been to the dentist in a while and need a full oral examination.
